My Ph.D. is in counseling psychology and my primary research interests include grief and bereavement, psychological outcomes of stigma and discrimination, and college student mental health. As a clinical trainee, I completed several externships at college counseling centers in New York City, and a clinical internship at a college counseling center in Albany, NY, where I also worked an additional year as a postdoctoral staff psychologist. Most recently, I was employed as a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Psychology at the Pennsylvania State University Mont Alto campus from 2018 - 2022.
