About SPEAR

Student members of the Sawyer Psychology Engagement, Advocacy, and Research (SPEAR) Team engage in independent and/or collaborative research projects. Students have presented their award winning work at local and national conferences.

The SPEAR Team logo found at the top of each page is an Athenian owl coin. The Greek goddess Athena, and Athena's owl, are symbolic of wisdom and knowledge.
